Arlene Sarkoyan - CEO 
Arlene Sarkoyan is a senior executive with verifiable year-after-year success achieving revenue,
profit and business growth objectives within a start-up, rapid-change environment. Mrs.
Sarkoyan is highly successful in building relationships with upper-level decision makers,
understanding critical business drivers in multiple markets, while motivating more than
450 employees to exceed $75 million in revenues. As co-founder, Mrs. Sarkoyan led the
organization’s transformation from a small business enterprise to a national vendor of choice
in the commercial construction arena. Under Mrs. Sarkoyan’s leadership, the company
has evolved into a national mechanical construction company with three divisions located
in Nevada, Southern and Northern California. As the CEO of S3H, Inc., Mrs. Sarkoyan is
responsible for running all facets of the business: corporate finance, developing economic goals
and establishing and maintaining customer relations. Mrs. Sarkoyan has a proven executive
management track record and over 15 years of experience developing relationships into
significant revenue within the mechanical construction industry.
